While minimalism,
cubism, the bold use of negative space, merging forms and intersecting lines
have been Karl Oglesby's hallmark, his work continues to build upon his
ability to portray the most powerful and subtle human emotions and life
experiences in a way that gives us a real time and often introspective look
at life in progress, as we are each compelled to bring our own dreams,
aspirations and experiences to the viewing and appreciation of each work.
Oglesby, an outsider artist who promises to be one of the prolific

become one emotionally, introspectively, as well as visually with his work.
